Beginning at 11am AST, multiple Dejavoo terminals began timing out during the host handshake. After a card was swiped/inserted, the device remained on the "Authorizing..." screen for approximately 60–90 seconds before failing with a Communication Error.

Diagnostic Observations:

Terminals passed a Ping Test (F1 -> Comm Status -> Ping -> Google.com), confirming local internet was active.

The issue was present across both Ethernet and WiFi connections.

Manual entry (CNP) transactions also experienced the same timeout, ruling out the EMV chip reader as the sole cause.
